For the cover of Little White Lies, I created an illustration inspired by Jim Jarmusch’s film Father Mother Sister Brother. The film is structured as a triptych, exploring quiet, often strained relationships between parents and their children. To reflect this, I developed a fragmented composition that brings together all eight main characters in a panel-like layout. Each section captures a subtle, emotional moment, aiming to mirror the film’s restrained tone and dry sense of humour. The challenge was to balance clear likenesses with a cohesive overall image, while maintaining a serious and graphic visual language.
