The series Employee of the Month follows the many attempts of a good-for-nothing to find his place in the job market. His repeated failure to meet ever-growing expectations is deliberately staged.
At its core, the series tries to counter the feeling of not being good enough. Even bad experiences are still experiences. And if a résumé can’t impress with expertise, it might at least stand out through its length and variety.
